Hope for Small Business
Small businesses often struggle to make money. Because of that, these businesses often have to face the harsh reality of cash flow.

One of the first items up for bidding was a Luke Skywalker lightsaber from the movie Star Wars: Episode IV – A New Hope. Bidding started at $3,000 and was up to $9,900.
After the Auction started, bids started pouring in, with most starting at $100, and going up to nearly $600. The item ended up being sold at $12,000, which was the top bid and the best bid made during the auction.
There were numerous other items up for auction. One was a rubber turtle, which had to be moved around because it was damaged in shipping. Bidding started at $100, and the item ended up going for $3,300.
In the final minutes of the auction, one of the highlights happened. Someone bid $2,000 for a lightsaber. The bidding went up to $4,400 and then stopped at $4,400, making it the highest bid that was made during the auction.
When bids stopped, the seller said they had received so many calls about bidding. Because of that, they chose to waive all their fees and allow the winning bidder to take the item with the highest bid.
With the auction done and bids being made, many people are saying that auctioning off small business items is a great idea. It allows small businesses to sell off some items that they don’t necessarily want to use.
